FRIDAY WON YOGA (IN KOREAN) 8:00 PM

Relax your body & mind and recharge your energy through stretching, breathing, and focusing on Won-Yoga movement.

SATURDAY MEDITATION (IN ENGLISH) 10:00 AM – 11:20 AM
Learn how Meditation can enhance your life. It includes sitting, chanting and walking meditation, stretching and gentle yoga.

SATURDAY DHARMA GROUP (IN ENGLISH) 11:30 AM – 12:40 PM
Learn how the teaching of Won Buddhism applies to our daily life. It includes scripture reading, dharma teaching by a kyomunim(Won Buddhist minister), and discussion on Won Buddhist teachings and practices.

SUNDAY DHARMA SERVICE (IN KOREAN) 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
This service is conducted in Korean. It includes prayer and dharma talk on Buddhist teachings and practice. Lunch is prepared after the service.
