2019 Won Buddhism Chicago Scholarship

Scholarship Descriptions:

Won Buddhism of Chicago awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors from high schools located in Illinois. Applicants are evaluated on various attributes including but not limited to academic achievements, extra-curricular activities, leadership, community activities, essay, and financial need.

  • Amount $2,000 total
  • Deadline 4/15/2019
  • Awards available: 2 ($1,000 each awardee)

Eligibility:

  1. Must be graduating high school seniors in 2019.
  2. Must maintain a 3.0 GPA.
  3. Must submit a complete application.
  4. Must submit official high school transcripts.
  5. Must submit SAT or ACT score.
  6. Must submit a brief research paper.
